We’re Liz O & Boppity Bear, and we’ve always been up to something.

We got our start in San Francisco, producing monthly variety shows, themed pub crawls, and full-blown party bus adventures. Essentially, children’s parties for adults. There were costumes. There were characters. There was definitely glitter.

​

But since San Francisco already has plenty of glitter, we decided we would bring the whimsy home with us to the Granite state. It took a few detours as Liz O tried her hand at stand up comedy, ended up a mom of two, and then decided that a) if she can mother two toddlers she can do anything and b) the world needs joy more than ever before. Planning baby showers and birthday parties for her daughters led her to dust off her wigs and bubble machines, and feel the thrill of frenzied trips to the party store once again. Stuffed animals, puppets, and her pink guitar became animated after years lying dormant, and suddenly it felt unavoidable to conjure the carnival world of Boppity Bear on the East Coast. 

 

We got our LLC in April 2026 and are now licensed and excited to create immersive, whimsical experiences for children and adults alike. Whether it's a baby shower or bachelorette party, we want to be your one stop destination for throwing an unforgettable and magical event.
